The place is OK. Nothing special. The unit I have have some damage to the ceiling but the elements haven’t gotten in YET. The people that work there are very very nice and easy to talk to. They answer any and all questions and get back to you quickly. They just need people to maintain the units better. Like a handy man or something.

Rental price keeps increasing EVERY year and so does the so called insurance that you are forced to get too. The economy is trying to heal itself; a lot of businesses are helping by NOT increasing prices or stores giving discounts. SROA seems ONLY to make MORE money and they have NEVER EVER given any kind of break or discount. I give them 0 Stars for NOT having a HEART!!!
